You agree to follow the Moderator Policy.
You are not, and may not represent that you are, authorized to act on behalf of Stocksift;

You may not enter into any agreement with a third party on behalf of Stocksift without our written approval;
You may not perform moderation actions in return for any form of compensation, consideration, gift, or favor from other users or third parties; and
If you have access to non-public information as a result of moderating, you will use such information only in connection with your performance as a moderator.
Stocksift reserves the right, but has no obligation, to overturn any action or decision of a moderator if Stocksift, in its sole discretion, believes that such action or decision is not in the interest of Stocksift or the Stocksift community.
As a moderator, remember and follow the moderator guidelines:
Guideline 1: Moderate fairly and engage in good faith.
As a moderator, Stocksift entrusts you to act in good faith in respect to moderator action and community engagement. Moderate and engage fellow users with genuine respect and fairness, irrespective of personal biases or favoritism.
Guideline 2: Actively moderate.
Review the reports as they come in. Moderate the communication channels, including the comment section, content within posts, live chat, etc. Don't wait for other users to flag and report content; report rule-breaking content or activity as you see it, so that it will be logged as a report and then can be reviewed for appropriate moderator action.
Guideline 3: Responsive communication.
When the Stocksift community users contact you, regarding community issues or inquiries to moderator actions or decisions, we ask that you respond within a reasonable amount of time.
Guideline 4: Ban appeals.
Stocksift users that feel they were wrongly or incorrectly banned can submit a ban appeal. Ban appeals should be taken seriously. Moderator review of appeals by their users should be consistent and fair.
Guideline 5: Email usage.
Please provide Stocksift with an email so that we can contact you and verify who you are as a moderator as needed.
Guideline 6: Follow and review the moderator policy and guidelines.
Remember and follow the moderator policy and guidelines. Review the moderator policy regularly to ensure you follow the policy and guidelines properly.
Guideline 7: Enforce, follow, and review the content policy.
Remember and follow the content policy and rules. Review the content policy regularly to ensure you are following and enforcing the policy and rules properly.
Where moderators consistently are in violation of these guidelines, Stocksift may step in with actions to resolve the issues; these actions may include removing moderator status and privileges, prevention of future moderation rights, as well as account deletion.
